If you wonder why I created this blog from scratch instead of using all the excellent product like Word Press, Blog*Spot, and Live Journal, etc. I have actually tried all of them before and I love these products. They are so user friendly and their interface, theme plugin are so great and their blog entry is just flawless.
You might also wonder why I put blog into my website, instead of using the free fine products like Blog*Spot, MSN Space, Yahoo 360, and xanga, etc. I have used all of these before too and I am sometimes still using it. I am so satisified with these services and the programmers there are just great.
In order to setup one of these fine blog products and signup one of these fine blog services might only take about 5 minutes. WordPress even call their installation a “5 minute installation”. However, creating a blog might take couple days.
Then it comes to a question of why I do not use them if I love them so much and spend so much time doing what other has done already?
Well, it is just because of who I am.
I felt I wanted to do something that I know how to use, but do not know how it works. I am challenging myself to know as much as possible.
As the theme for me this year is: To live a better life by treating myself better. I think increasing knowledge is one of the ways that I can treat myself better.
