Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition

Amazing.
I did not play Resident Evil 4 (RE4) on GameCube before. I just heard about it was a good game. Capcom decided to remake it to fit the Wii’s controller and I think it was an excellent move.
Wiimote was known as easy to use and I felt it will be the best replacement to play first person shooting game without the mouse and keyboard. Although RE4 did not completely utilize the advantage of the Wiimote, the basic use of the Wiimote as a gun was a perfect showing in this game.
The story line of RE4 was simple. Rescue some important person, save yourself, and get out of there. What makes RE4 great is the setting and how the zombies approach you. I was shocked at least 3-4 times when I was playing the game. I felt I was watching a horror movie but at the same time I was participating it.
I already spent more than 10 hours since I got it last weekend, but I still have not finish the game. I think I am close. I refuse to read any walk through or guide just to keep myself entertain with surprises and thought through the puzzles. I just do not know why some gamers like to read walk through, but this can be talked about in another entry.
Enjoy RE4 on Wii. It is a great game.
